Based on data accumulated in high-precision gravity elploration carried out by the authors in recent years, this paper has made a comparatively comprehensive and objective analysis and investigtion: (1) analytical conclusions were drawn on normal zero variation and zero mutation character of Lacoste-Romberg gravimeter; (2)by employing dynamic and static separate procesiug technique for measured data, the paper analysed zero correction error resulting probably from zero nonlinear variation when the gravimeter works continuously from several to tens of days; (3)through analysis and calculation of measured data, the referential values concerning the effect of zero mutation upon observation precision of the gravimeter were obtained; (4) in accordance with the practical problems arising from the use of gravimeter, the measures for improving zero drift linearity wete proposed.

The new system, controlling rotation of goniometer and datacollecting,is precise, accurate and reliable,either all functions, precision and resolving power offormer instrument are kept, or function of automatic callbration optical zero position is eddedin this system. Therefore,the functions of graphic and data are stronger and convenient,andsome new functions can be expended according to needs of users, at meantime, this system isappllcable to any X-ray diffractometer drived by step motor.

D/max-A型X射线衍射仪升级改造项目采用工业控制机原理,设计了与IBM兼容计算机相配的通用接口和相应的软件,实现了在日本理学D/max-A型X射线衍射仪上用IBM-PC机取代原单片机和操作台的升级改造。由此建立的JA型X射线衍射仪微机控制系统对测角仪转角控制精密、准确、可靠,数据采集实时、准确。它不仅保留了原系统的所有功能,保持了仪器原有的精度和分辨率,而且还增加了自动光路零位校正功能,由于采用了IBM兼容计算机,其图形和数据功能更强、更方便,并可按用户要求进行扩展。新建立的系统同时适用D/max-B和C型机以及任何以步进马达驱动的X射线衍射仪的升级改造。这对我国现有1000名台D/max系列X射线行射仪进行升级改造,以IBM-PC机彻底取代与之不相兼容的早期的日本CASIO计算机(单片机式和二级计算机式)控制系统,在X射线衍射仪控制技术上摆脱对原生产厂家的依赖,实现控制系统的国产化、经济化、实用化具有重要的意义和可观的经济效益。
