This mites were very sensitive to Dichorphos(DDV)and"shen long"(LD50 was 10-5.45 and 10-4.26 respectively),and the effectiveness of the two pesticide preserved at least a month in the field.

作者对山东费县小盾纤恙螨幼虫生态习性进行了实验室观察和现场防治研究,结果表明:小盾纤恙螨季节消长呈明显秋冬型,集中出现于9月~12月,以11月中旬为高峰。10月份采用小白鼠法在草地诱获小盾纤恙螨阳性率为16%~20%;小黑板法诱集共130只小盾纤恙螨未食幼虫。采用敌敌畏和以二氯苯醚菊酯为主的神龙牌杀虫剂进行杀灭实验,结果显示小盾纤恙螨对该两种杀虫剂敏感,且灭效至少可维持一个月以上。

Objective To study the germicidal effect of disinfectant on vibrion cholerae of El Tor biotype in different water bodies and to set a guidelines for disinfection in the epidemic foci of cholera.Methods The suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used to examine the germicidal effects of four kinds of disinfectants,including Chlorine compound disinfectant,Indophor、Chlorine dioxide and Glutarlehyde,on vibrio cholerae of El Torbiotype in waste water from residential areas and hospitals,and water from ditches,rivers and seas.Results When gerimicidal rate for Vibrio Cholerae of El-Tor biotype in the five different kinds of water bodies reached to 100% in five minutes,concentrations of Chlorine compound disinfectant,Indophor,Chlorine dioxide and Glutaraldehyde were 25.0~250.0 mg/L,100.0~250.0 mg/L,10.0~25.0 mg/L and 100~500 mg/L,respectively.Conclusions Germicidel effects of the four kinds of disinfectants on Vibrio Cholerae of El-Tor biotype differed,and so did germicidal effect of each of the same disinfectant on it in the five different kinds of water bodies.Concentrations of disinfectants needed to disinfect waste water was higher than that to disinfect natural water.

目的 研究消毒剂对不同水体中ElTor霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用 ,为霍乱疫源地的消毒提供指导。方法 用细菌悬液定量杀灭实验测定消洁粉、固体碘伏、二氧化氯和戊二醛 4种消毒剂分别对生活污水、医院污水、沟水、河水和海水 5种不同水体中ElTor霍乱弧菌的杀灭效果。结果 对 5种水体中的埃尔托生物型霍乱弧菌定量杀菌 5min ,其杀菌率皆达到 10 0 %时 ,消洁粉 ,碘伏 ,ClO2 及戊二醛的浓度分别为 2 5 .0~ 2 5 0 .0mg L ,10 0 .0~ 2 5 0 .0mg L ,10 .0~ 2 5 .0mg L及 10 0~ 5 0 0mg L .结论 不同消毒剂杀灭水体中埃尔托生物型霍乱弧菌的能力有差别。同种消毒剂对 5种不同水体中的霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用亦有差别 ,污水比天然水体所需消毒剂浓度相应提高。

Traprelease control techniques for Reticulitermes aculabialis were evaluated both in laboratory and field. The laboratory result revealed that one worker, sprayed with Mirex dust and took 50μg pesticide,could cause about 50 deaths of other healthy nestmates in 11 days. Field test proved that multipoint trapspray and release technique could effectively kill the natural colony in 30 days after pesticide were used. The traprelease technique is also a good method both for monitoring termite and developing different killing plans with new pesticide.

采用诱捕回输技术对尖唇散白蚁的灭治进行了室内外试验。以粉剂灭蚁灵施药,每头带药白蚁可使至少50头左右的健康白蚁在11d内染药死亡;室内模拟测试表明,少量带药白蚁可使人工群体所有白蚁在10d内染药死亡,野外巢群杀灭实验证实,诱捕白蚁后再施药回放,可在施药后30d内有效杀灭野外群体。该技术使用简便,对环境无污染。
