The results show that the integral turbine wheel can be effectively produced by mould agitation. The grain size of turbine disk can reach ASTM 2-3 (0.125-0.18mm), and the shape and size of blade grains can be controlled freely.
The structure of monolithic impeller and the description of its blade profile are introduced. The measuring steps and data processing method of measuring the profile error of monolithic impeller's blade by using CMM are presented.
