    本文介绍一种形成包络面的计算方法及在包络面上作插值计算的方法,从而解决了用线接触成形复曲面时刀具形状、安装、刀具轨迹等各工艺参数的计算。已用本文所述方法,作成了用于三、四、五坐标数控加工整体叶轮的软件,提供用户使用。并用该软件作了四类产品的工艺计算,在四坐标数控机床上进行了加工。

    The process of setting up the CAD/CAM system for the complex impeller of a vehicle turbocharger compressor is introduced. From the way of free surface impeller design to the processing through 5 axis end milling, the system can be used to machine complex trimmed free surfaces for minor diameter impellers. A compressor impeller with a diameter of 120 mm has been machined successfully with this system.

Hogging method is a pre processing for impleller′s slot enlarging machining and is used in local area where thick stack needs to be removed. The smaller cutter is then utilized for the impeller roughing. Since there exists an uncertainty of tool size in each hogging stage, the tool size combination is determined according to the minimum of total machining time. This algorithm has been successfully used in home developed Impeller...

    针对整体叶轮五轴粗加工刀位轨迹自动生成的问题 ,提出了一种刀位规划的方案 .通过对叶轮通道的几何分析 ,采用多级荒加工方法对加工余量较大的区域进行局部加工 ,完成了对叶轮扩槽加工的预处理后 ,再采用小尺寸刀具对叶轮进行粗加工 .由于各级荒加工刀具尺寸的不确定性 ,因此以总加工时间最小为目标函数对刀具尺寸进行优化组合 ,分别给出了各级刀位轨迹的规划算法 ,并已在自行开发的整体叶轮计算机辅助制造 (CAM )软件中得到了成功的应用 .
