The evaluation of the fostering talents' level is a great inspection of the quality of fostering talents of higher vocational education and the catalyst of the development of higher vocational education.
Methods 1300 students were sampled randomly from Sanmenxia Polytechnic, Puyang institute of Technology, Henan institute of Technology and Hebi Institute of Technology, then were tested by SCL-90.
