The experiment result indicates that when the dosages of SDBS/OP-10 (1:3)complex emulsifier and 10%PVA1799 protection colloid is separately 6% and 30~40% of the monomers, the pH of emulsifier system is 5~6 and the emulsification temperature is 50 ℃, the pre-emulsion stabilization of D_4-propenoic acid ester is the best.
