Following the oxygen consumption principle and specification method, a calculation method of combustion and species concentrations in a zone fire model is presented. Firstly, combined with McCaffreys empirical formulas for plume entrainment, the calculation method of heat release rate of the fire source is discussed; secondly, based on the mass balance of the individual atoms in chemical reactions, species producing rates in the combustion process are calculated with specification method; then, the formulation for calculating species concentrations in each zone is given from the mass conservation principle. On the above basis, a numerical example is given to predict the heat release rate and species concentrations. Also, the numerical and experimental results of the interface height, average temperature rise of each room and the pressure difference between the two rooms near the ceiling are presented. Finally, the advantages of the method and the work necessary to be further studied are analyzed.

本文从氧耗原理出发,采用设定火源方法,研究了适用于建筑火灾区域模拟的燃烧及组分浓度的计算方法。首先,结合羽流卷吸经验公式,讨论了火源释热速率的计算方法;然后,用设定方法依据化学反应中的各元素质量守恒关系,分析了燃烧过程中各组分产生速率的计算方法;再根据各区域质量守恒原理给出了各区域组分浓度的计算公式。在此基础上,用数值模拟方法对各区域组分浓度、火源在上下层的释热速率进行了计算;同时还给出了所算例子各房间界面高度、平均温升及两房间在顶篷附近压差的计算值与实验值。最后,还分析了该方法的优点及存在的问题。

Based on the experimental results of human evacuation and building fire zone modelling theory, an engineering method for building fire risk analysis has been presented. By calculating theevacuation time and the time to reach the danger condition respectively,and by comparing thesetwo times, the fire risk of the building is determined. This method can make analysis for realbuilding fire to some extent. Because of its simplicity and easy operation, this method can be usedin fire safety design and fire safety consultation....
