Objective To establish anti anti idiotypic antibody (anti anti id, Ab 3 ) of monoclonal anti idiotypic antibody (anti id, Ab 2 ) NP30 of Schistosoma japonicum.
Results: The results showed that the specific idiotypic antibody could be found in group pcDNA3.1-TCRγ and group pcDNA3.1-TCRγ+IL-2. At the same time,the antibody titers were higher in group pcDNA3.1-TCRγ+IL-2 than that of group pcDNA3.1-TCRγ(P<0.01).
