37 rabbits were used in the experiment in which HRP was injected into the nerve to M. triceps surae (muscular branch) on the left and the sural cutaneous nerve (cutaneous branch) on the right leg, the postoperation survival time being 5~(1/2), 6, 7, 10. 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 h, ours and 2, 3, 5, 14, 16, 18, and 19 days.
The average contact pressure was 19.3±1.38N, the force transmitted by the subtalar was 389.16±28.75N, which accounted for about 64.86% of the applied shank load(600N), and 69.39% of the force was transmitted by the posterior articulation.
METHODS: ①Totally 7 patients with soft tissue defects admitted to First Hospital of Suzhou University between June 2002 and January 2006 were selected, including 5 cases with soft tissue defects in middle and lower leg caused by road accident and 2 cases with scar ulcer after trauma, all of whose tibiofibula were revealed with defect area of 3.2 cm×4.5 cm -5.7 cm×6.8 cm.
