我们根据我国的资源情况以及耐热性物理的理论,在1956年提出了一个发展耐热合金的新方向——铁—钨—硅系统。提出这一合金系统的最主要用意在于:(1)希望集中更大的注意力来发展象钨这类难熔金属耐热合金,这样可以根本的提高许可的工作温度。(2)希望集中更多的注意力研究铁素体合金,我们认为铁素体合金将与奥氏体合金一样成为优良的耐热合金。我们在不长的时间内对铁—钨—硅系统进行了一些研究,虽然尚不够全面和仔细,但完全肯定了这一系统的意义,它是有前途的,可能成为我国自己的高温合金系统之一。目前应该努力使这一系统的合金尽快的用到我国的工业中去。

The effect of long term exposure at high temperature on structure stability of a hot corrosion resistance Ni-bace alloy with high chromium content is investigated. It is found that the high chromium content makes TiC in the alloy unstable. It is resolved obvious'y above 950℃, and turned into Cr23C6 by reaction at the interface of phases. The mechanical properties of alloy are stable and the ductility is increased with exposure time. TiC at grain boundaries makes the alloy brittle and the large block TiC turns into fine Cr23C6 particles with mosaic structulc after long term exposure therefore the ductility of grain boundaries is improved. Finally, the strength of matrix and the strength contributed by γ' after long term exposure are calculated. The results are consistent with the experiments.

本工作系统地研究长期高温时效对高铬含量的Ni-基耐热腐蚀合金组织稳定性的影响。发现高铬含量使TiC相变得不稳定,950℃以上有明显溶解,通过相界反应转变成Cr_(23)C_6而溶入基体中。850℃长期时效不出现η和TCP相,易发生MC蜕化反应和Υ′粗大化,性能稳定,塑性逐渐提高。合金相组分与热处理制度无关。断口分析确定合金长期时效后塑性提高的原因是晶界上的大块脆性TiC转变成细小的、具有嵌镶结构的,包有Υ′膜的Cr_(23)C_6,提高了塑性。最后计算了合金基体的强度和长期时效后Υ′相对强度的贡献,结果与实验相符。

The curing process of FRP prepreg could be readily tested by means of the two-layered reed analysis method (TRA) , in which a strip of FRP prepreg was bonded to a thin steel and its DMA was tested with a vibrating reed instrument . The TRA proved to be a simple and useful technique for studying the curing processes of FRP, selecting the recipes of heat resistant resin systems, determining the required curing temperature and time, and checking the drapability of prepreg with different storage lives. The curing process of FRP prepreg could be readily tested by means of the two-layered reed analysis method (TRA) , in which a strip of FRP prepreg was bonded to a thin steel and its DMA was tested with a vibrating reed instrument . The TRA proved to be a simple and useful technique for studying the curing processes of FRP, selecting the recipes of heat resistant resin systems, determining the required curing temperature and time, and checking the drapability of prepreg with different storage lives. Particularly, the last one is the most noticeable feature of the TRA. In addition, the required instruments and sample preparation in this method are relatively simple compared with those in TBA and DSA. Therefore this technique can be readily extended.

将FRP预浸料和钢片载体制成双层簧片试样,用振簧仪进行动态力学分析(DMA),从而监测、研究FRP的固化。这种双层簧片分析法对于探讨固化历程、确定固化温度及时间等工艺条件都十分简便,它还是筛选耐热性FRP配方、检验不同存放期予浸料铺敷性的有用手段。它除具备TBA、DSA等动态技术的优点外,最大的特点是可以直接研究处在不同存放期的各种预浸料。此外,本方法所需仪器比TBA、DSA试验装置简单,制备试样方便,因而更容易推广。
