The personnel in enterprises is one of the most important resources. In this article, some practices and effects of human resource management in enterprises of Japan, West Germany and the U.S. are expounded, and ways of improving our enterprise's human resource management are also discussed.

本文采用概率方法,构造了描述企业人力系统中职工行为的数学模型.通过建立主方程和平均值方程,分析了不同因素对职工行为的影响以及职工行为的自组织现象.结果表明:在一定条件下,职工间的(直接和间接的)相互作用,会使企业职工的行为产生高度的协同和自组织;固定工资报酬的长期效用决定职工具有怎样的行为倾向,怠工或不怠工;与企业经济效益相联系的浮动工资的短期效用有促使职工的行为走向协同和自组织的作用.
