Due to the fact that the“spontaneous oxygen reduction”process of grain and oil seed storage is simple,easy to manipulate,cheap to install,quick in showing results, it is suitable for wide application in middle and small districts as well as in the vast areas in rural communes and brigades.

The dosages applied are respectively 0.20,0.25, 0.30,0.50, 0.75 and 1.00 ppm, and after a trial period of one to two years, the result shows that we can achieve our purpose of killing pests by directly spraying 0.25 ppm of K-Othrine emulsion on the grain...

The dosages applied are respectively 0.20,0.25, 0.30,0.50, 0.75 and 1.00 ppm, and after a trial period of one to two years, the result shows that we can achieve our purpose of killing pests by directly spraying 0.25 ppm of K-Othrine emulsion on the grain with a pest population of 100 Per Kg and can effectively prevent and control pest infestation within two years.Applying a dosage of 0.5 ppm in the way of mixing with the carrier and a dosage of 0.2 ppm in the way of partially mixing with the carrier to the depths of 20 cm in the surface layer and 2 cm from the bottom to treat the basically pest-free grain (0-3 per kg) ,we can successfully do away with stored-grain pest infestation for one year.The quality analysis of the treated grain indicates that K-Othrine emulsion has no negative effect upon wheat sprouting rate, physical properties of dough and edibility in cooking and steaming.

本试验使用法国罗素·优克福公司南京技术服务处提供的加有增效剂的2.5%凯素灵乳油,进行药剂直接喷粮、载体拌粮、包装物喷洒的小型生产性试验.所用剂量分别为0.20、0.25、0.30、0.50、0.75和1.00ppm,1~2年的试验结果表明:0.25ppm剂量直接喷粮处理害虫密度100头/kg以下的虫粮,可达杀虫目的,并在两年内有效地防治虫害发生,0.5ppm剂量载体拌粮及0.2ppm剂量载体局部拌粮(表层20cm,底部2cm)处理基本无虫粮(0~3头/kg),均能使粮食一年内不发生虫害.试验后的粮食品质分析表明:该药剂对小麦为发芽率、面团物理性质及蒸煮食用品质均无不良影响.
