The author holds that these two enterprises are not thoroughly typical, but their situations can help us to make some general conclusions. 这是1992年对一个国有企业和一个民办集体企业所作的个案研究。与经济学的研究相区别,此研究的对象虽是企业组织,但侧重点不在企业的经营,而在从这两个企业的经营现状所反映出来的社会意义,即:两个企业所表现出来的社会分化意义,不同的制度与政策环境,在此基础上的利益差别,以及组织的创新和制度上的变革与重新整合,从而顺利的实现经济体制和社会体系的转型。笔者在两个企业中进行了深入的访问调查,并搜集了许多资料。笔者认为,我国经济体制改革所表现出来的丰富多彩性,这两个企业是无法全部代表的。但是这两个企业的状况毕竟能在一定程度上反映我国企业组织变革的某些普遍情况,至少希望从这两个企业的情况中引申出一些具有普遍性的结论。 Based on the introduction to the lean,agile and flexible (LAF)manufacturing,the paper explores the types of organizations and management thoughts, and concludes that the core of LAF manufacturing is a more flexible approach to inter-firm cooperation taking the form of 'virtual companies' and the creative skills of future systems. China's enterprises should promote technological innovation by means of management and organizational innovation,when making use of LAF manufacturing, combine innovation of goal-orientation... China's enterprises should promote technological innovation by means of management and organizational innovation,when making use of LAF manufacturing, combine innovation of goal-orientation organically with process-orientation and avoid doing it perfunctorily or superficially so as to face the competition and challenges in the 21st century and catch at the strategic opportunity in time. 在介绍精简、灵捷、柔性生产系统的基础上,对其组织形式、管理思想进行了探讨,认为该系统的核心是以虚拟公司为代表的企业间更加灵活的合作方式,而管理者与职工的创造能力则是该系统的关键属性。我国企业在借鉴灵捷制造时应以管理和组织创新来带动技术创新,将目标导向的创新与过程导向的持续改进有机结合。 The restriction of traditional enterprise system on structure optimization and market behavior ordering of industrial organiztion in China is analyzed. From the point of view of rational allocation and effective utilization of social resources, it is expounded that industrial organiztion innovation must rely on the establishment of modern enterprise system. Finally, the author studies in detail such problems in China as the corporate transformation of existing enterprises,the reform of state-owned property rights...
