1.Chimera Induction and Obliterative Bronchiolitis after Lung Transplantation 2.The Protective Effect and Mechanism of Trehalose in Tracheal Cryopreservation
Intramuscular ketamine(7. 60±2.60 mg/kg) was given for basal anesthesia and intravenous fentanyl (13.59±6.00 ug/kg) and pavulon (0.17±0.07 mg/kg) were given for endotracheal intubation.
Changes of ABP, LVP, dp/dt and CO in 12 rabbits were observed respectively at 0, 1, 3, 5 and 10 min after placing laryngoscope and endotracheal intubation (E1).
Conclusion:Anesthesia induction with a 1∶1 volume mixture of 1 0% propofol and 2 0% thiopental (propofol 1 0 mg/kg and thiopental 2 0 mg/kg)may blunt the post induction hypotension, and with fentanyl 4 μg/kg,can effectively control the hemodynamic responses to endotracheal intubation.
Methods A rat model of ARDS was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (3 mg/ kg, 0.5 ml, LPS) at 16 h after LPS (1 mg/kg, 0.3 ml) intraperitoneal administration.
Methods The rat model of ARDS was produced by intratracheal instillation of endotoxine (LPS, 3.0 mg/kg) 16 h after intraperitoneal injection of LPS 1.0 mg/kg.
The formation of a fixed stenosis (constriction) of the trachea, one of the simplest of pulmonary pathologies from the standpoint of its physical consequences, is analyzed on the basis of simple models.
In particular, it is shown when and how the minimum clear cross section of the stenosed part of the trachea can be estimated on the basis of experimental data.
It is shown that in modeling the cough mechanism, unlike simulation of the forced-expiration maneuver, the inertia of the back trachea wall must be taken into account.
Compounds 5 and 8 with seven-member C ring were more active than etofylline and caused 100% relaxation of both the histamine and acetycholine pre-contracted guinea pig tracheal chain.
Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation provides effective ventilatory support for many patients with acute respiratory failure and avoids the risks and side effects of endotracheal intubation.
Besides poor performance in GCS and APACHE II, the necessity of early endotracheal intubation and the presence of infratentorial infarction were identified as risk factors for nosocomial pneumonia in acute stroke.
A 43-year-old woman developed a myoclonic syndrome with clinical signs of brain stem and cerebellar damage after 5 min of acute cerebral hypoxaemia due to an obstructed intratracheal tube during anaesthesia.
The relations between mRNA expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and the changes in collagen I and collagen III in pulmonary tissues from a single intratracheal instillation of papain-induced emphysema in rats were investigated.
