Cellulase ZA-P was not poisonous to plant protoplasts. Cellulase ZA-P has also been used to prepare other protoplasts such as that of tobacco, cabbage, broad bean, wheat, barley etc.

应用维氏固氮菌(Azotobacter Vinelandii)菌株 N_3在每升液体发酵培养基中,蔗糖含量分别为10、15、20、30和40克的条件下,进行30℃振荡(105次/分钟)发酵试验,发现 pH值在低糖浓度(10g/L)下,一直处于低值,而其余糖浓度则随发酵天数的延长而升高;发酵液的含氧量在初发酵24小时内,各处理组均急剧下降,随着发酵天数的延长含氧量回升,其中低糖浓度的发酵液比高糖浓度的回升幅度大。从生物细胞的生长量和海藻酸的合成量综合考虑蔗糖的消耗和利用,认为每升培养基中以15克蔗糖为最经济,不但可以节省糖用量,而且可缩短发酵周期和提高设备的利用率。

Some factors influencing liquid fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum were examined. Sucrose and peanut meal were ideal carbon source and nitrogen source, respectively. The optimum formula of culture medium selected was. sucrose 4 %, peanut meal 3 %, (NH4)2SO4 0.15% , KH2PO4 0.15%. The dry weight of mycelium and polysaccharide were up to 0.83g and 0.3 g per 100ml fermented liquid, respectively....

本文研究了某些因素对灵芝液体发酵的影响。4天菌龄的液体菌种发酵效果最好;300毫升三角瓶以装入60毫升培养液发酵较合适;蔗糖、花生饼粉分别为灵芝液体发酵的理想碳、氮源;液体发酵培养基最佳配方为:蔗糖4%、花生饼粉3%、硫酸铵0.15%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%,可得灵芝菌丝体百分干重为0.83,每100毫升发酵液得粗多糖0.3克。
