Influence of steam calcination condition on properties and acidity of FCC catalyst was also investigated using ACE (Advanced Cracking Evaluation) unit and NH3-TPD. The results showed that physicochemical and catalytic properties of FCC catalyst were remarkably im-proved by steam calcination under appropriate condition, which can be explained by promotion of solid-state ion exchange between Y zeolite and rare-earth by steam calcination and migration of rare-earth cations into the sodalite cage as the result.

The synthesized samples have been characterized by XRD, SEM and NH_3-TPD. The synthesized samples have been characterized by XRD, SEM and NH_3-TPD. The results of XRD indicate that the Zr/HZSM-5 is regularly ZSM-5 zeolite and the introducing of zirconium atom changed the size of unit cell. The SEM photographs show that the granule was a well crystallized claviform crystal about 3?μm~5?μm in length. The NH_3-TPD curves show that the number of medium acid and strong acid sites increased almost linearly with the content of zirconium. Propene oligomerization reaction was carried out over the samples to evaluate the catalytic properties of Zr/ZSM-5 zeolites. The catalytic capability of Zr/HZSM-5 changed with varying of the number of medium acid and strong acid sites, which can accelerate the chain growth.

The glass-ceramic enamel has been prepared on the basis of the Na_2O-B_2O_3-TiO_2-SiO_2 and Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 glass systems. With the help of XRD,SEM,acid resistance and adherence tests analyzing method and means, the relationship of the glass-ceramic enamel between crystallization and composing was ascertained as well as the discussing of its acid resistance and defect.

以Na2O B2O3 TiO2 SiO2、Li2O Al2O3-SiO2 玻璃系统为基础,制备微晶搪瓷,借助于XRD、SEM、耐酸性测试、密着性测试等分析测试方法确定了析晶与组成的关系,并对搪玻璃釉的耐酸性能以及搪玻璃的缺陷进行了探讨。
