本文对 BaTiO_3-SrTiO_3(简称 BST)温湿敏多孔陶瓷材料进行了实验研究。用高纯超细草酸氧钛钡和草酸氧钛锶粉体研制的不掺杂或少掺杂 Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)TiO_3和 Ba_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)TiO_3多孔陶瓷具有良好的多孔性,气孔三维连通。全湿范围内(10~100RH%)湿敏特性接近线性,响应时间<15s。感温特性在居里温度以上30℃之后呈线性关系,测温范围为-20(或-40℃)~+100℃。用工业生产的高纯超细粉体可重复获得相近的性能。

The synthesized monosized PSN complex precusor powder was produced using the methods of the controlled hydrolysis of Nb(OC_2H_5)_5 and the growth of Sc andPb carbonates film on the as-hydrolyzed Nb_2O_5 particle surface.Dense PSN ceramicswere obtained by calcining the carbonates to oxides and sintering at different tem-peratures and then cooling with various rates.The relationship between dielectricrelaxation character and structural ordering of the sintered PSN ferroelectric cera-mics was investigated.
