It was found that the model successfully simulated the behavior of active biomass, PHB, DPA and crystal proteins and that the parameters such as μm, Y_~X/G (1.1172 and 2.2928 respectively) were also reasonable.

The process of extracting the poisonous protein from the seed of Jatropha was studied.In order to avoid denaturation of the poisonous protein,the experiment was carried out under the condition of icewater and protection by thioethanol,with the different concentrations of cushioning solution and the various pH values.The highest extracting proportion was attained(98%).The functional polyether polyurethane foam was synthesized by mixing the polyacrylamide and toluene 2,4-diisocyanate,etc.The poisonous protein was separated from the mixed proteins by using the synthetic functional foam and the good separating result was achieved.At last the toxicity of poisonous protein was tested.The result indicated that it had good property of insecticide and sterilization.

研究了从麻风树种子中提取毒蛋白的过程。在冰水浴中用缓冲溶液在不同的pH值范围内对麻风树种子毒蛋白进行粗提,得到最高的提取率为98.2%。以改性聚丙烯酰胺与甲苯二异氰酸酯等进行混合发泡合成功能泡沫塑料。然后用合成的功能泡塑作为填料,用柱层析法对蛋白质进行分离,具有较好的分离效果。对分离得到的麻风树毒蛋白毒性进行检测,实验证明其有良好的杀虫杀菌效果。
