Investigation by means of optical analysis, scaning electron mi croscope and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis shows that the welding slag consistsof spinels, enstatite, periclasite, fluorspar, perofshite and glassy phase....

Its melting tem perature is 1253~1259℃ and crystallization is above 1464℃. The viscosity of molten slag is5~10 dPa's at 1550~1600℃. Investigation by means of optical analysis, scaning electron mi croscope and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis shows that the welding slag consistsof spinels, enstatite, periclasite, fluorspar, perofshite and glassy phase. There are three groupsof spinel constituents: (a)constituents which crystallize out of solution as dendrites or as skele tal crystals, (b) those which grow to be fully developed crystals and (c) that is completelyembeded on the edge of periclasite. The periclasite embeded with spinel has nonuniform sizeand remains unaltered as magnesite grain. It is an original milleral constituent which does notdissolve into the molten flux completely during the welding process. The above results helpsus in improving the adhesive flux performance and determining the technical specifications forautomatic submerged-arc welding industry.

The MgO-Al2O3-CaF2 system bonded flux is made by orthggonal design and single-factor turn method and the alloy addition of this flux is emphatically studied. The author has researched the influence of Si,Mn,Mo,Ni alloy element addition on the structure and hardness of weld metal, in order to define its type and quantity for obtaining optimum weld structure.The influencing factors of these alloy elements on the formation of acicular ferrite of weld have been analyzed. This bonded flux has excellent technique properties,and can transfer alloying elements,so it has offered an ideal way for welding high strength steels with the common H08A welding wires.

本文采用正交设计及单因素轮换法研制了一种MgO-Al2O3-CaF2渣系的粘结焊剂.并且着重对该焊剂的合金化进行了探讨。试验中研究了Si、Mn、Mo、Ni等合金添加对焊缝组织及硬度的影响,寻求到本焊剂获得理想焊缝组织的合金添加种类及添加量.阐述了本合金系对焊缝晶内针状铁素体(AF)形成的影响因素。该焊剂焊接工艺性能优越.通过焊剂过渡合金,为采用普通H08A焊丝焊接低合金高强度钢提供了理想的途径。
