The ignition and heat release process of CIHC combustion have been explainedtheoriticaly in terms of known chemical kinetics and applied combustion,a semi-empirical heat release equation which can be adopted for CIHC combustion wasdeveloped.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of forced-air warming blanket for prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in the aged.Methods:60 aged undergone abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B,30 cases in each group.The lower body of group A was covered with forced-air warming blanket and the system was set at 36~40 ℃, group B didn't receive warming blanket. Keep the ambient temperature of the operation room at 21~23 ℃.The change of the distal esophageal temperatures(DET) were recorded intraoperatively.Results:DET began to decrease in 30 min after induction in two groups. The DET of each point in 30,60,90 and 120 min after induction and at the end of operation, the degree of decreasing in group A were less than that in group B($ P<0.01). The occurrence rate of hypothermia was 33% in group A and 93% in group B.There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01). The rate of shiver was 13% in group A and was 40% in group B,there was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Forced-air warming blanket has better effect on prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in the aged.

目的 :探讨充气式保温毯预防老年人术中低体温的临床应用价值。方法 :选择年龄大于 6 5岁、择期行上腹部手术病人 6 0例。随机分为A ,B两组 ,每组 30例。A组在病人入室后采取保温措施 ,覆盖下半身充气式保温毯 ,设定充气温度为 36~ 4 0℃ ;B组不采取保温措施。维持室温在 2 1~ 2 3℃。术中持续监测并比较两组食管温度的变化。结果 :麻醉诱导后两组病人体温均开始下降 ,A组诱导后 30 ,6 0 ,90 ,12 0min及术毕各时间点体温下降幅度较B组相应点体温下降幅度显著减小 (P <0 .0 1)。A组术毕低体温 (<36℃ )发生率为 33% ,较B组 93%发生率显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ;术毕寒战发生率A组为 13% ,较B组的 4 0 %显著减少 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :充气式保温毯可能有效地预防老年病人术中低体温的发生。
