This paper presents a computational method for blade-to-blade flow in centrifugal compressor's impeller with splitter blades. The method uses unitary control equation to handle the solutions in different ranges. The solutions are transimitted from one subrange to another automatically by program. Referring to existing method, the determination of split flow ratio is made by interpolation of coordinate of the leading adge of the splitter blades with considering the influence of outlet conditions. Upstream boundary conditions are determined by inlet axial velocity and the influence of blades on the upstream and downstream boundary conditions-by equal-circulation change in absolute velocity in outlet range. Numerical examples show that the length and periphery position of splitter blades have large influ-ence on flow field. When the leading adge of die splitter blades is located midway between the two long blades and splitter blades incline to pressure surface of long blades, the flow field is much improved and blade load becomes smaller and the outlet Kutta condition is satisfied.

本文提出了计算具有分流叶片的离心式压缩机叶轮跨叶片方向的计算方法,这一方法运用统一的控制方程处理不同区域的问题,在每一个区域之间的数据结构联结均有程序自动完成。分流比的确定参照现有的方法,以分流叶片前缘点坐标插值获得,并考虑出口条件的影响。根据叶轮进口轴向分速和叶片对上游的影响确定上游过界条件,下游边界条件根据绝对速度等环量变化确定。算例结果表明,分流叶片长度、圆周位置均对流场有很大影响,当分流叶片前缘处于相邻两长叶片中间,而后部偏向长叶片压力面一侧时,流动状况有较大改善,并且叶片载荷减小,出口库塔条件满足。

A method for calculating 3 D discharge flow in a centrifugal impeller is developed by means of solving the incompressible steady time averaged N S equations,the continuity equation and the k ε turbulence model equation.This method is accomplished with calculation grids generated by an algebraic transformation,and thus it can be easily applied to the design analysis of centrifugal impellers.The discharge flow of a three dimensional shrouded centrifugal compressor impeller was measured for assessing the validity of the present calculation procedure.The comparison between the experimental data and the calculation results shows that the present method can predict the mean velocities.

文发展了一种通过求解不可压缩、定常、时均 N- S方程、连续性方程和 k- ε湍流模型方程分析离心叶轮出口三维流场的方法。该方法的差分计算网格通过代数变换关系生成 ,可方便地应用于离心叶轮设计分析。为检验本文分析方法的有效性 ,对一个三元闭式离心压缩机叶轮出口流场进行了实验测量。计算与实验比较表明 ,本文方法预示出的平均流场与实验数据符合良好
