The role of fuelwood forests is 1) to serve as an energy source in the life of rural communities, 2) to serve as an energy source for the [industry at town and village levels, 3) to cover the soil on the rolling and hilly land, 4) to guarantee the wholesome development of the commercial timber forests. This paper approches the subject by 1) using the volume weight of the air-dried wood as the criterion for the quality assessment of the fuelwood which will be considered good with the figure over 0.65g/cm3, 2) using the biomass density to judge the output of the fuelwood forests which have an average biomass density greater than that of the common forests (1.3 kg/m3).The ecological properties of the three patterns of the fuelwood forests in Zhejiang composed of different tree species, namely, pine, decidious broadleaved and evergreen broadleaved, respectively, are described in this paper, and the way to tap the production potential of the fuelwood forests is suggested as follows. 1) to resume the pollarding method to regenerate the pine fuelwood forests, 2) to raise the average volume weight of the air-dried wood and the biomass density in the fuelwood forests of other tree species, to change the single-storyed forests into multi-storyed so as to raise the specific area of the fuelwood forests.

薪炭林的作用是:(1)农村的生活能源;(2)某些乡镇工业的能源;(3)丘陵、山地养地的植被;(4)用材林等正常成材的保障。本文研究方法的特点是:1)以木材气干容重做为评价薪炭材质量的标准,大于0.65g/cm~3者为优质薪炭材,低于此者为劣质薪炭材;2)以生物量浓度做为评价薪炭材产量的标准,薪炭林的生物量浓度要大于一般森林的平均值(1.3kg/m~3)。本文概述了浙江省三种薪炭林类型即(1)松树薪炭林;(2)落叶阔叶薪炭林;(3)常绿阔叶薪炭林的生态学特性,并提出发挥薪炭林生产潜力的途径是:1)松树薪炭林采用鹿角桩作业法;2)其他薪炭林,通过提高林分平均木材气干容重和生物量浓度,改造单层林为复层林,以提高其比面积。

In this paper, the bosic form of energy optimal model in iron-steel industry is set up, which includes large model and many small models. According to the basic form, the energy optimal model about the ten large iron-steel united interprises in China is built up. After solving the model, the optimal production plans about energy and profits tax in 1985 are obtained. 本文给出了钢铁工业能源递阶优化模型的基本形式,据此建立了我国十大钢铁联合企业的总体能源优化模型。模型体系包括主模型和子模型。通过模型求解,得出1985年能耗、利税优化生产方案。与实际生产方案相此,可节能1.5%或多获利税4.48%。通过对优化结果分析,也可以看出各钢铁企业的能耗水平和经济效益,从而能够确定各企业优先发展的顺序。
