The results show that the morphology of spherulites, tensile strength, elongation at break, storage Young′s modulus ratio E′/E′ 0, loss modulus E ″, loss factor tg δ are in close relationship with long spacing, crystal thickness, amorphous thickness and crystallinity index of one dimension. A turning point is present at 50% of DMScontent, and the morphology of spherulites, tensile strength, elongation at break, E′/E′ 0, E ″ and tg δ underwent remarkable changes at the same DMS content. The results also show that the conditions for forming samples and thermal history of polymer materials can cause markedly changes in their microstructures and mechanical properties.
