本文从制备β-变体的纯相入手,采用脱水和复水两种制备方法,研究了二水石膏及β-半水石膏的特性。发现原生二水石膏和再生二水石膏,一次脱水半水石膏和复水半水石膏,它们在物理性质等方面均有显著差异。如一半水石膏,它们的比表面积相差约3~4倍,强度相差近一倍,用扫描电镜两种β观察,两者在亚微观构造方面也有明显的差别。关于 CasO_4·2/3H_2O 相,经多方验证性测试,至今尚不能肯定该相的存在。总结目前的研究成果,可以认为 CaSO_4-H_2O 系统分为五个相:CaSO_4·2H_2O;CaSO_4·1/2H_2O;ⅢCaSO_4;ⅡCaSO_4;ⅠCaSO_4是恰当的,但每个相下均应分为若干个亚种,二水石膏分为原生和再生,β-半水石膏分为一次脱水和复水两个亚种,这对生产、使用和理论研究均具有较大的实际意义。

Based on the physical-chemical properties of highviscosity heavy oil of Lengdong oilfield and the test result of dehydration technology, the authors put forward using process flow of two-time heat onetime dehydration,which is in the light of high-viscosty heavy oil,analyse the applying result and its economic benefit and give some suggestions for treating technology of high-viscosity heavy oil.

The advantages of this methcxl are simple product units, mild regeneration Conditions, low operation cost and low production cost. The molecular sieve can re- used over more than 1000 times.

本文研究了以分子筛为脱水剂精制DMF的工艺条件,结果表明:能将含水量0.1~0.3%DMF一次脱水达到含水量0.03%以下,解决了我国DMF水份超标的难题。本工艺设备简单、再生条件温和,操作费用低、成本低。分子筛可使用1000次上。
