以祥云、弥渡县部分乡村小学为调查对象,发现滇西乡村小学存在师资队伍、教育设施、教育评价制度等方面的典型问题急待解决。为此,从课程开设、师资队伍建设、基础设施的增添与使用、地方课程资源的开发、教育部门领导的培训与管理、地方教育评价制度的改革等六个方面提出了推进滇西乡村小学素质教育的相应建议。
