The loading range of crankshaft chamfer rolling has been studied and the selecting principle of rolling load at different rolling objective has been put forward. Calculation and test verification was carried out by example of 480Q crankshaft.

This paper describes the structure and design principle of a self-made lever fatiguctest device and its function. Its main features are as follows: some parts of the three-point bending sample fatigue test device are modified; the continuous loading adjustment may enlarge the loading range; the loading accuracy is improved; the strength, rigidity and stability of the device structure are increased.
