本文观察了中国成人的半月板300例,并对其中的160例(男100例、女60例)进行了测量。外侧半月板以侧分宽度占半月板全宽的1/3—1/2者为最多(48%),超过全党1/2的占17%,盘型占3.67%。内侧半月板以后分宽度占半月板全长的 1/3—2/5者为最多(59.33%)。将内侧半月板的开口按大小分成三型,以中间型为最多(48.71%)。膝横韧带的出现率为55.33%,半月板股骨韧带的出现率为98.67%。从肉眼观察的各项中未发现男女性之间和左右侧之间有明显差别。从许多方面测量了内侧和外侧半月板。从各项测量的数值中,可见男性的数值都比女性的大,但各项中男女间的比值都在0.80—0.93之间,因此男女半月板之间只有大小的差别,不存在各部分比例上的差异。中国人与日本人之间半月板的各项数值极相近,只是日本人的内侧半月板较中国人的厚,腘肌沟较宽。中国人与欧美人之间半月板的形态差异是:中国人的外侧半月板侧分较宽,矢状径较长;膝横韧带及半月板股骨韧带的出现率较高;内侧半月板后分较宽,开口较大,腘肌沟较宽。本文试图从形态上探讨了中国人与欧美人在内、外侧半月板损伤中所出现的不同出现率。

Relative spectral distributions of several alkali-metal vapor lamps were measured by means of a fully automatic spectral measuring apparatus. The dependence of the relatively effective radiation effeciency of the lamps, seperations between spectral peaks formed after self-absorption of resonance lines and the FWHM of the red and blue spectral wings on input power of the lamps are studied.

The sex difference of aforementioned measurements was highly,significant. 3.the sexual diseriminant function was Z=X_1-2.21098X_2,and its critical value was Zo=172.9102.12.9~18.5% of all cases were the miselassified.

本文对85例(男46,女39)国人寰椎进行了四项测量并算出两项指数。其平均值(单位:mm)男女分别为:矢径45.98±0.46与42.06±0.37;全宽78.36±0.57与70.90±0.54;椎孔横径29.76±0.27与27.75±0.26;椎孔矢径27.75±0.29与25.90±0.29。四项性差均非常显著,但两性重迭率均≥38.9%,指数性差不显.从中挑选全宽(x_1)和矢径(x_2)两个变量计算得判别式 Z=x_1+2.21098x_2临界值 Z=172.9102。经组内外回代误判率分别为18.5%与12.9%。另进行了相关分析,其中矢径与椎孔横径和全宽与椎孔矢径均呈中度正相关,并用矢径推算椎孔横径男性=18.01+0.2579矢径,女性=4.88+0.5505矢径.
