Animal models of rat common-peroneal-nerve injury were made with forceps~holding method and treated by modified Decoction Invigorating Yang for Recuperation (DIYR) given through the stomach.. The results of the study showed: (1)the axon number of regenerative nerves and the regenerative rate of injured nerves in drug groups were significantly higher than those of the contrls (P<0.05~0.01); (2) the number of paranormal madullary sheaths of the test groups was greater; (3) Schwann's cells in the test groups reproduced...

That suggested that DIYR has the significant stimulative effests on nerve fibrae regeneration, Schwann's cells reproduction, madullary sheath formation and structural perfect. The drug can also improve the muscular atrophy without innervation. This study could offer a scientific basis for TCM treatment of nerve injury.

用钳夹法造成大鼠腓总神经损伤动物模型,灌胃给加味补阳还五汤进行治疗。研究结果显示:用药组再生神经轴索数和损伤神经再生率明显高于对照组P<0.05~0.01;用药组类似正常结构的髓鞘数目多;雪旺氏细胞增殖活跃;失神经肌萎缩程度轻。表明加味补阳还五汤对神经纤维再生、雪旺氏细胞活跃增殖、髓鞘形成及结构完整有明显促进作用。对失神经性肌萎缩有改善作用。为用中医中药治疗神经损伤提供了科学依据。

采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记法显示大鼠坐骨神经钳伤后4周时,其L4-5脊髓及脊神经节中HRP标记神经元胞体数量的变化。结果表明:补阳还五汤可加速实验大鼠坐骨神经的轴浆运输。在引入HRP48小时,补阳还五汤组标记的胞体数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),其余几组标记的胞体数相近(P>0.05)。提示:本方可加速钳伤神经的轴浆运输,这与其改善损伤局部微循环有关,也可能是临床和实验中,本方促进周围神经再生的作用机理之一。
