The effective rate was 90.5%. 20 cases of the control group including 10 cases of cerebral hemorrahage were treated with 20% mannitol and haemostatic, the other 10 cases of cerebral thrombosis were treated with low-molecular dextranum and Naoluotong etc. The recuperation rate of the control group was 70%. The difference between the two groups had evident statistical significance. (P<0.001). The author considered that the "Hua-tuo recuperation pill" is a good chinese herbal medicine for the therapy of cerebrovascular disease. It can compose the nervous system, treat the "Yin" difficiency by reinforcing Body Fluid and nourishing the Blood, strengthen the Heart, stimulate the blood circulation and relax the muscles and joints, or invigorate the blood circulation and eliminate the extravasated blood etc. The "Hua-tuo recuperation pill" has a high effect especially for the young patients with shorter course of disease. Both the Patients of cerebral hemorrahage and cerebral thrombonis enjoy a good cuperation effect, because this medicine has multiple effects and can treat more diseases. This is the delicate effect of chinese herbal medicine. Perhaps the mechanism of the "Hua-tuo recuperation pill" may be as follows: Promote the synthesis and utilization of nerve regeneration factor.

用华佗再造丸治疗脑血栓、脑出血及其后遗症52例,其有效率达90.5%,对照组20例,10例脑出血用20%Mannitol及止血剂治疗,10例脑血栓用低分子右旋糖酐及脑络通治疗,有效率为70%,有高度显著性差异,P<0.001,笔者认为该药是治疗脑血管病较理想的中成药,具有镇静神经,滋阴强心,舒经活络,活血化瘀等作用。对病程短的年纪青的病人的疗效更为显著,脑出血性与脑缺血性疾病均有疗效,正是中药一药多用、一药多治的微妙体现。推测对脑血管病后遗症有效可能与该药能促进神经再生因子(NGF)的合成和利用有关。

Using methods of recording contraction induced by indirect and direct stimulations and ACh sensitivity, the axonal regeneration after a crush lesion and a conditioning lesion ( CL 16 days prior to a TL ) was observed on preparations of peroneus nerve-extensor digitorum longus muscle of rats....

Up to 30 days after TL, the ratio and ACh sensitivity (about 0.5 and 0.22 g re-spertively) still did not return to normal. In CL group, however, they returned to normal quickly ( about 0.8 and 0.08 g respectively ) in 30 days after TL. It is conclued that CL can accelerate axonal regeneration.

以大鼠腓神经伸趾长肌为标本。用不同频率的直接刺激,间接刺激引起肌肉收缩的比值和肌肉对ACh敏感性测定为指标,观察条件损伤对运动神经再生的影响。结果显示:条件损伤组在损伤后15、20、30天时肌肉收缩功能恢复均较对照组快,且突触后ACh敏感性也较对照组恢复的快。说明条件损伤有促进运动神经再生作用。

HRP was injected into the bilateral gastrocnemius and the bilateral hypodermis of the paw pad, the labeled cells in the ganglion spinale (L4-L6) and eornu ventrale of spinal cord (L4-L6) were checked. Results, (1). Group A, On increasing the stimulus intensity to 45+5V, the flexion reflex was evoked by both A-afferent fibers with a short latency (38+7.5ms.) and C-afferent fibers with a longer latency (175+16.5 ms.). The percentage of regeneration neurons in the ganglion spinales was 5.5+1.2 and in the cornu ventrale was 7.2+1.4;(2). Group B: Stimulating the paw pad at 65±5V only produced a flexion reflex with long latency(190+21.6ms.) and a very long after discharge in the gastrocnemius. The percentage of neuronal regeneration in the ganglion spinales was 1.1±0.3 and in the cornu ventrale was 1.6+0.3.

本实验运用屈肌反射-HRP逆行追踪结合实验,对电针促进大鼠坐骨神经干中躯体运动及感觉纤维成分的再生进行了观察。结果显示:电针组足底施予45±5V屈肌反射阈刺激,可引起短潜伏期的A类及长潜伏期的C类纤维传入反应;对照组足底经65±5V屈肌反射阈刺激后,仅见C类纤维传入所引起的屈肌反射。电针组右侧脊神经节内主要为大、小两种圆形细胞被标记,而对照组右侧脊神经节内标记细胞却均为淡染的小圆形细胞。电针组脊髓前角内浓染的标记细胞呈大多角状。电针组脊神经节及脊髓前角内标记细胞百分率及神经再生率明显高于对照组。上述结果表明,电针组坐骨神经干中感觉纤维及躯体运动纤维终末向各自支配区的再生速度明显快于对照组。本文结果提示:电针促进坐骨神经中不同纤维成分的再生可能具有定向诱导轴突支芽、加快神经细胞蛋白质合成及转运等双重功能。
