After 4 weeks several single regenerating axons extended into the graft through he scar between host and graft, while a teural proliferating reaction were apparnantly observed in the host cornea. After 4 weeks several single regenerating axons extended into the graft through he scar between host and graft, while a teural proliferating reaction were apparnantly observed in the host cornea. The new neurites and the regenarating fibers all grew in the direction of the graft so that the neural density significantly incre ased in the host and near the scar. 6-10 weeks after the operation the number of regenerating fibers were increased in the peripheral graft, but only a few fine regenerating axons were seen in central part in spite of 3 months after the operation.

本文应用胆碱酯酶组织化学技术观察了实验性穿透角膜移植术后角膜AchE阳性神经的再生,证实术后一周,神经断端已有再生轴突形成;术后4周,可见单根纤维穿八植片,同时植床内神经呈明显增生反应;新生与再生纤维均向植片方向生长,使植床内及植床与植片交界区神经密度明显增大;术后6~10周,植片周边再生纤维数量逐渐增多,但植片中央至术后3月仍仅有少数细纤维形成。本文讨论了穿透性角膜移植术后角膜神经再生与角膜知觉恢复的关系。

AbstractUsing gold chloride impregnation of nerves andhorse-radish peroxidase(HRP) axoplasrna retro-grade tracing technique,we monitored nerve regenera-tion over a period of 6 months following penetratingperilimbal incisions and penetrating keratoplasties(PKHin rabbits. Post-operatively, at 1 month aftera180°perilimbal incision,loose unconnected subep-ithelial plexus were present in the limbus,at 2 months1-2bundles of deep stromal nerve were seen in thestroma and by 6months only a few stromal nerves re-generated....

The results indicated that nerve regeneration by6 months after corneal nerve injuries was inadequate torestore a normal corneal nerve extent and function.

采用氯化金神经组织染色法与辣根过氧化物酶逆轴浆运输法相结合,对36只兔角膜缘穿透性切开和穿透性角膜移植术后6个月角膜神经再生情况进行动态观察。结果:180°角膜缘穿透性切开术后1个月,可见角膜缘细小神经分支的芽生;术后2个月,有1~2支神经再生进入角膜基质;术后6个月,有少数基质神经再生。自体穿透性角膜移植和同种异体穿透性角膜移植术后神经的再生差异无显著性。在穿透性角膜移植术后6个月,三叉神经节(TG)中标记神经元的数量仍未达到正常水平。结果表明,在角膜神经完全损伤后6个月,角膜神经再生并不能恢复正常神经密度和功能。

The main neurogliocytes in the optic nerve are astroglia and oligodendrocyte,they play important roles in optic nerve development differention,homeostasis and damage repair.The recent developments in nervous regeneration research have shown new hope for treating optic nerve diseases.

星形细胞和少突胶质细胞是视神经中最主要的神经胶质细胞,它们在视神经发育、分化、维持正常生理功能和损伤修复过程中均具有重要的作用。神经再生研究的动向为临床治疗视神经疾病带来了新的希望。
