We anastomosed rat sciatic nerves with the use of CO_2 laser, 21 rats were divided two groups(left and right). The result of the experiment showed that laser anastomotic method was simple and quick, and nervous tissue was little damaged, while suture gave many stimulus to nerve. Foreign body reaction was less observed in laser group. There are not different between laser anastomotic group and suture anastomotic group in the electrical physiology. On the basis of the rat experiment, we applied CO_2 laser to a patient whose facial nerve was cut and obtained satisfied effect.

本研究进行了CO_2激光吻合周围神经的动物实验,21只大老鼠作实验动物,每只鼠的两条坐骨神经分成两组,每组共21条神经。左侧组的神经离断后采用激光“焊接”吻合方法;右侧组的神经离断后采用缝合吻合。60天后进行结果测定,根据术后神经电生理测试和形态学检验的结果得出的结论是:激光吻合神经具有操作简单省时的特点;对神经组织损伤小,较少遗留异物反应,有利神经的再生。电生理测试结果未见两种方法吻合的神经电活动有明显的差异。在上述实验的基础上,我们对一名面神经外伤离断的患者进行了激光吻合治疗,收到了满意疗效。

The regenerating nerve fibers were studied with scanning and transmitting electrun microscope following the injured inferior alveolar nerve grafting of rabbits primarily and secondarily in this paper. The results showed that the regenerating nerve fibers in the sutured side that lost its fascicules grew randomly at 8 weeks after surgery and became undulating or smooth patterns that tended to be normal 20 weeks postoperation under SEM in all groups. Vacuolations of myelin and axon were found in some limited regions...

The results showed that the regenerating nerve fibers in the sutured side that lost its fascicules grew randomly at 8 weeks after surgery and became undulating or smooth patterns that tended to be normal 20 weeks postoperation under SEM in all groups. Vacuolations of myelin and axon were found in some limited regions and microfilaments and microtubules in small numbers were observed and mitochondria turned vague in three groups, especially in group 3 eight weeks after the nerve reconstruction. Twenty weeks after the nerve graft, the organelks became much more clear and the microfilaments and microtubules increased abunduntly so far as to the normal shape in all groups, especially in group 1 under TEM. Therefore, we thought that it has more objective advantages that the nerve fibers were observed and analysed with SEM and TEM than other methods.

本文就兔下齿槽神经缺损后立即与延迟神经移植修复后的神经纤维进行了扫描电镜与透射电镜观察。结果表明:术后8周,SEM观各组神经缝接处再生轴索失去束状排列而紊乱生长。术后20周,吻合处神经纤维呈波纹状或平直。TEM观;术后8周各组均见少部分髓鞘和轴突内某些区域空泡样变,微丝微管较少,线粒体模糊,以8周组最为严重。术后20周,髓鞘结构明晰,微丝微管丰富,以立即组恢复最好。并认为电镜观察神经纤维超微结构对于断定神经再生较其他方法具有更明显的客观优越性。

The reinnervation of the lower lip mucous membrane has been examined by vital methylene blue staining method after different damages of the inferior alveolar nerve. It showed that reinnervation developed from the regeneration of the damaged nerve or adjacent nerves.

本实验通过美蓝活体染色,观察家兔下齿槽神经不同程度损伤后下唇粘膜的神经再支配,结果表明再支配神经来自原支配神经的再生和邻近神经的萌发长入代偿。
