The automated function of a modern vessel traffic system can be greatly enhanced when electronic computers are used for data processing in harbour radar, but the problem of sea clutter interference has not yet been solved at the present. This paper discusses the importance and necessity of providing a constant false alarm rate (CFAR) processor for harbour radar in order to enable the whole system to fulfil its task even in very severe clutter environment. Technical measures for suppressing sea clutters are also given. Emphasis is placed upon a nonparametric generalized sign test CFAR processor including its principles, features as well as test results in Qingdao hatbout.

在现代化水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,都利用了电子计算机进行数据处理,使整个系统自动化功能有了显著的提高,然而海杂波的的干扰问题,直至目前尚未完善地解决。本文指出了水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,配备恒虚警率处理装置的重要性和必要性。唯此方能维持整个系统在严重的干扰环境下,很好地完成它的任务。文中还介绍了抑制海杂波的技术措施,特别侧重地介绍了非参量法中的修正一般符号恒虚警率检测装置的工作原理及其设备的特点,并给出该设备在青岛港实地试验的结果。

The second one is to depict the build-up of the data base, Diskette is used to store all sorts of data with a view to shortening the time of response to calls prior to the real-time processing operation by the Simulation....

The Softw are of data processing developed on the basis of leastsquare method gives the results in three forms-digits curves and formulas. The second one is to depict the build-up of the data base, Diskette is used to store all sorts of data with a view to shortening the time of response to calls prior to the real-time processing operation by the Simulation. The last one is about the management of the data bank. Here, sorftware is provided so as to facilitate optional retiese and storing of data when simulation process is gaining on.

本文阐述了海杂波仿真中涉及的三个问题:(1)关于海杂波数据处理。根据最小二乘法原理研制的数据处理软件,可以用数字、曲线和公式三种形式,给出海杂波数据处理后的结果。(2)关于建立数据库。选用软磁盘作为数据库,存贮各种数据,备仿真器实时处理前调田,旨在缩短准备时间。(3)关于数据库的管理。对数据库实施软件号理,以便根据仿真要求随意调用库中数据或写入新数据。

Frequency agility is a main antijamming means and improves radar capability. This paper a described digital electrical control noncoherent frequency agile radar system,a digital circuit controls transmission pulse time of rotary tuning mag- netron in the system,so thal it actively realizes a pulse to pulse frequency jumpi- ng.Specially,this system is analysed the capability of anti-active jamming.It can efficiently suppresses sea clutter jamming too.

频率捷变是主要的抗干扰措施,并能改善雷达性能。本文介绍了数控非相参频率捷变雷达体制。这种体制由数字控制旋转调谐磁控管的发射脉冲时刻,从而灵活地控制了发射频率。文中着重分析了这种体制抗有源干扰的性能。它对抑制海杂波干扰也有明显的效果。
