This paper presents a design of distributed variable frequency speed regulation control system of terylene spring machine. It uses the industry computer as supervisor,and MCS51 as microcontroller,the synchronization problem in the driving of the terylene spring machine has been solved successfully after using it. The quality and quantity of the products have been improved greatly.
