The effects of toxicity and joint toxicity of hydrargyrum,plumbum,cuprum manganese,cadmium to Artemia nauplius were studied at salinity 7 °B′e ,temperature (27±0.5)℃ and inflate using the dynamic living water method.
At first rank test condition, the detection limit of arsenic was 0 108 μg/L and hydrargyrum was 0 009 μg/L respectively. The present method were applied to the determination of arsenic and hydrargyrum in vegetable samples with a recovery of 98% and 90% and a RSD of 0.83%～1.52% and 0 69%～1.41%.
2 The analysis of agricultural irrigation water quality shows that the content of hydrargyrum,cadmium,lead,six valence chrome and chlorid in the water agrees with the requirement of DB32/T343-1999 for agriculture irrigation water.

Study and Application of Electrochemical Behavior of Calcium-ARS on a Mercury Film Electrode
A sensitive complex absorptive wave of Ca-ARS was obtained by using differential pulse voltammetry when a mercury film glass carbon electrode was immersed in 0.1 mol L-1 KOH and 4.5×10-4 mol L-1 ARS solution.
