The result indicated that the velocity distribution of the flow field at the throat outlet has the great non-uniformity because of the influence of the inner low-pressure heater and the diffuse function of the condenser throat's prism structure.
This paper introduces the retrofit scheme of drain pump system of low pressure heater in thermal power plant using frequency changer,including main electric circuit of system,interface resources distribution of programmable controller and software flow chart etc. ,analyzes the system features and economic benefit after retrofit,indicates that this retrofit scheme results in reduction of coal consumption and electric energy saving,may be applied and disseminated in low pressure heaters of 125,200,300 MW generating units.
介绍利用变频器对火电厂低压加热器疏水泵系统进行改造方案，包括系统主电路、可编程序控制器接口资源分配及软件流程等，对改造后的系统特点、经济效益进行分析，指出该改造方案降低了煤耗、节省了电能，并可在125 、200 、300 M W 发电机组低压加热器上推广应用。
