本文利用SUPERSAP有限元软件包对Sulzer6RND68柴油机在不同工况下的活塞温度场进行计算分析,结果发现柴油机燃烧状况对活塞的温度场有着较大影响,尤其在燃烧质量不佳及柴油机超负荷运转时,活塞顶部的温度呈指数上升,这为柴油机活塞顶部裂纹和烧蚀及第一道活塞环断裂的原因提供了理论依据。并在此基础上为轮机管理人员提供了相应的管理建议。

At present,thermal crack is checked manually and the thermal damage procedure is hard to get,though an automatic test technique is employed in thermal shock test.A thermal shock bench was improved by incorporating an image measure system to get thermal crack information where the pictures of piston crown were taken by a CCD camera periodically during the test.An effective image differential algorithm is studied to extract thermal crack finally which can effectively resist effection of illumination variation.Image...

模拟、自动试验技术在活塞热冲击可靠性的研究上已得到充分应用,但热裂纹的观测仍靠人工进行,因而不能及时、准确获取裂纹扩展情况。通过在现有的试验台架上安装图像监控系统,自动保存热冲击过程各循环活塞顶部图片,采用基于联合灰度级分布图的动态图像差分法,有效避免了光照的影响,自动提取出活塞顶部裂纹,为热损伤的量化分析提供了途径。
