Nitrate Reductase is the key induced enzyme in plant. which affects the total nitrogen and protein content of crop,have a colsed relation with fertilizer tolerance,and takes important part of gene expression, busic research of molecular protein,pathway and regulation of nitrate metabolism in plants.
The suitable soil content of high yield variety was about 70% field moisture capacity in the irrigation field, The drought and fertilizer tolerance variety was about 60%, and the drought and barren tolerance variety was about 50%.
