Thick diamond films were synthesized on Al 2O 3 rod using a microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition technique,which can be taken over the traditional BeO rod and used in the wide band high power TWT to improve the heat dissipation greatly.After material tests and evaluation,parts assembly and tests,we′ve got the first good results as follows:Thermal conductivity:>12 W/cm.℃,ten times better than BeO Rod;dielectric constant:ε=5 0~5 5;RF loss:tanδ<1×10 -3 ;resistivity:ρ>10 13 Ω/cm;slow wave parts...

本文采用了与其他作者不同的理论模型和计算方法 ,对螺旋线慢波结构损耗准确的理论分析 ,考虑了介质夹持杆 ,管壳和螺旋线金属电导率对损耗的影响。在 HP851 0矢量网络分析仪上对两种结构的损耗进行了测量 ,并对螺旋线与能量耦合器之间的阻抗失配引起的误差进行了修正。理论结果与测量结果有较好的一致性。
