After Retting, it gets up to 10 ̄7-10 ̄8 cfu/ml. Retting duration of second time can be reduced by retting effluent diluted properly with fresh water if COD in retting water is not over 400 mg/L.The optimum retting temperature is 38℃ .The best effect can be obtained at primary pH 5.0 Urea added into retting water by 0.1% of green stem or ribbon weight can cut down retting time by 40%.There is no difference in retting effects when ratio of green stem or ribbon to water is 1:5-1:30. Kenaf retting is easier than jute retting, and green ribbon is easier than green stem retting.

We have separated several kinds of pectinase producing strain from bluish dogbane planting soil and its retting effluent, and find five anaerobic bacterias through screening. DQ 1 is the quickest growing strain with larger transparent circle on pectin plate media and stronger capacity for degumming. It is identified as anaerobic bacillus. We find the following optimal cultivation: the media containing 1.5% of complexed organic nitrogen and 0.4% pectin, initial pH value 7.0-7.5, cultivating with 3% inoculum...

The period of time is reduced by 30%, comparing with that degumming in natural water. The softness, break strength, and line density of the bluish dogbane are improved significantly.

从红麻生产地土壤与沤麻废水中 ,分离出多株产果胶酶的菌株。经筛选 ,复筛获得了 5株厌氧细菌 ;并选其中在果胶平板上生长速度快、透明圈大、脱胶效果好的一株DQ1,作为生物脱胶的目的菌。初步鉴定为厌氧芽孢杆菌。找到了最适培养条件 :最适氮源为复合有机氮 ,用量 1.5 %最适碳源为果胶 ,用量 0 .4%最适温度 30~ 35℃ ,pH 7.0~ 7.5 ,接种量 3 % ,培养时间 2 0h .用于红麻脱胶实验 ,比对照天然水沤麻脱胶 ,周期可缩短 30 %左右 .红麻纤维柔软度、断裂强力、及线密度等均有着明显改善和提高
