A high strength epoxy matrix and composite cured at moderate temperature for the composite rotor blades of helicopter has been inves-tigated furthermore by using tests of general mechanical properties, nine engineering constants were obtained. Wet-heat ageing, dynamic mechanical properties and other properties were investigated by using techniques of DMA,DSC,IR, SGC, SEM.The experimental results showed that the glass-epoxy laminates have high strength, moduli, wet-heat resistance and tension-tension fatigue strength limit. The elastic modulus of the laminates decreased about 10% when the temperature increases from 20°C to 80°C . Four types of spectrum DMA, DSC, IR and SGC, of Y-2 resin matrix, the morphology of microstructure and fracture of the glass-epoxy laminate samples are shown in this paper.

本文对曾用于直升机复合材料旋翼桨叶的高强度环氧树脂基体及其复合材料性能进行了深入的研究工作。测定了单向玻璃纤维复合材料的九个工程常数和动态模量随着温度升高(20~80℃)的变化。从桨叶取样的测试数据看,Y—2复合材料的某些力学性能均优于国外同类的BO—105桨叶用复合材料。湿热老化试验表明,Y—2复合材料在45℃和90±5%湿度情况下经过3000小时老化后其强度与模量下降不到10%。对树脂基体,除了一些常规的力学性能外,还测定了四种谱图和改进了它的阻燃性能。

 采用杜仲优树的幼叶、嫩茎及种子无菌苗的下胚轴、子叶、真叶、根为外植体,以B5和MS为基本培养基,添加1.0mg/LNAA和0.3mg/LBA,进行了不同外植体种类、外植体大小、试验接种方式、外植体采样时间、光照条件、培养基pH值共6种因素对杜仲愈伤组织诱导的影响试验。结果表明,在杜仲愈伤组织诱导中,田间材料幼叶取样时间以3月中旬为好,幼茎的取材时间以4月中旬以前最佳;无菌苗以下胚轴、子叶、真叶诱导效果较好;诱导愈伤组织的培养基pH值以6.3较适宜;培养室的光照条件以12h光照、12h暗培养较有利于愈伤组织诱导;茎段的大小和接种方式以0.7cm长度横放方式诱导效果较好。
