The laboratory and a field (interrupted) test on oil displacement by aqueuous solution of NaDOSS is shown to be perspective.The use levels of NaDOSS are as follows:0.4-0.8% for emulsion breaking down at the surface and 0.005—0.3%—down the hole;0.5—1.0% in acidizing fluids for antiemulsification;and 0.09—0.10% for surfactant flooding.

A water base stuck drill pipe releasing fluid, WJK 1, is prepared from a specially synthesized poly(ethylene oxide/propylene oxide) ether as base liquid, two penetrating agents, OT and JFC, two surfactants, OP 20 and Tween 60, and a selected cake dehydrating agent. The following properties are evaluated in laboratory: the effects of WJK 1 on the water base mud properties; the effect of weighting agent(barite) on the stuck pipe releasing; heat resistance of WJK 1 in mud; the behavior of WJK 1 in salt water...

A water base stuck drill pipe releasing fluid, WJK 1, is prepared from a specially synthesized poly(ethylene oxide/propylene oxide) ether as base liquid, two penetrating agents, OT and JFC, two surfactants, OP 20 and Tween 60, and a selected cake dehydrating agent. The following properties are evaluated in laboratory: the effects of WJK 1 on the water base mud properties; the effect of weighting agent(barite) on the stuck pipe releasing; heat resistance of WJK 1 in mud; the behavior of WJK 1 in salt water muds of varying NaCl content. As compared with oil base one, water base fluid WJK 1 releases stuck pipe faster in the mud of density <1.45 g/cm 3 and slower in the mud of density >1.45 g/cm 3. In a drilling mud of density 1.54 g/cm 3 taken at the well site while drill pipe stuck, the freeing time of 196 and 169 min are determined by using a special releasing apparatus with water base(WJK 1) and oil base fluids added, respectively. WJK 1 is nonfluorescent.

通过基液聚环氧乙烷环氧丙烷醚的合成和各组份筛选 ,研制了由聚醚基液、两种快速渗透剂、两种表面活性剂及一种脱水剂 (泥饼压缩剂 )组成的水基解卡剂WJK 1。在室内考察了WJK 1的各项有关性能 :对水基泥浆性能的影响 ,加入加重剂对解卡时间的影响 ,解卡剂的耐热性 ,泥浆含盐量的影响 ;与油基解卡剂相比 ,水基解卡剂在密度小于 1 .4 5g/cm3泥浆中解卡较快 ,在密度大于 1 .4 5g/cm3泥浆中解卡较慢。在一发生卡钻的井浆中 (密度1 .54 g/cm3)分别加入WJK 1和油基解卡剂 ,在室内用解卡仪测得解卡时间分别为 1 96min和 1 69min。WJK 1基本上无荧光。

Water-based adhesive, though possessing weak adhesion, slow evaporation of water, attracts more attention owing to its less environmental pollution. As non solvent adhesive eliminates a number of steps such as polymerization, dissolving, volatilization and drying, it will enjoy wide development prospects.

目前,我国年产鞋量为60亿双,随着经济的增长,在加入WTO后,我国年产鞋量可稳定在70亿~80亿双。溶剂胶制造简单、使用方便、粘合力强,是广泛使用的大底胶,但环境污染严重,即将面临着被环保型胶取代的局面;具有环保性的热熔胶可用于绷帮、涂包头、鞋帮部件抿边、粘衬里、包鞋跟和面料复合,但用它来粘大底,还满足不了穿着的要求,须从增强分子间作用力和快速渗透功能两方面改进;水基胶尽管还存在粘合强度不高、水分蒸发慢等不足,但由于是目前污染最少的胶种而倍受关注;无溶剂胶省去了聚合、溶解、挥发干燥等诸多程序,同样也具有广阔的发展前景。
