本文探讨了大速比(i≥71)针摆行星减速器中采用复合齿形摆线轮的问题,建立了以短幅外摆线的等距曲线为摆线轮的顶部齿廓时,能实现较光顺连接的顶部齿廓曲线参数的数学模型.运用此法与优化方法,可方便地求得与给定根部摆线齿廓能较光顺连接的顶部齿廓曲线参数.

Changing the original equation of engagement into a movable polar coordinate system can obtain an indefinite ordinary differential equation which contains two unknown functions. According to the different needs and adding a certain conditions, may come to the conclusion that the equation separately is involute profiles or cycloidal profiles. The paper also emphatically discusses the conditions and solutions of pure tumbling motion between the tooth profiles.

从文献[1]介绍的啮合方程出发,改为活动极坐标系得到含两个未知函数的不定常微分方程,根据不同需要,附加一定条件,可以得出该方程的解分别为渐开线或摆线齿廓的结论,并着重探讨了齿廓间作纯滚动的条件和解法。
