应用中国筒天牛属的32个种和型的外生殖器特征的比较解剖,对外生殖器形态特征在分类上和系统演化上的应用作了评价。筒天牛属交配隔离的关键是雄虫的内囊骨化物和雌虫的交配囊。雄虫的内囊骨化物和中茎,雌虫的第八腹板、受精囊、产卵管末端结构不仅可以划分种类,而且可以作为系统演化研究的依据。从而应用雄虫内囊骨化物的小骨针建立了属内种间的系统演化树,并且应用外生殖器的其它特征作了进一步补充论证。发现暗翅筒天牛等几个种的不同型的内囊骨化物存在明显的形态差异,雄虫的中茎、雌虫的第八腹板、受精囊也不同,在重叠地区并不交配,具备了交配隔离的条件,作为不同种更为恰当,因此提出了更正的建议。

The internal sac of the male genitalia of Anoplophora chinensis Forster isthe vaginal typc formed by 3-segmented telescopic tube.The apical and mediansegments are more strongly chitiniced.The form and the spinules and microchae-tae are stable taxonomic structure.The basal segment is weakly chitinized.Theauthor concluded that the true chitinized ejaculatory tube is the apical segmentof the internal sac.
