Experimental meults also indicate that the degradation of the intferences and the etraction of the target analytes, PCBs could be carried out simultaneously. Compared with the traditional methods,the MAAD method is a rapid, efficient, and solvent-saving.

有机氯农药(Ops)严重干扰多氯联苯(PCBs)的测定,本文采用微波加热技术将Ops碱解,在优化的实验条件下能完全消除六六六(HCH)、双对氯苯基三氯乙烷(DDT)、二氯二苯二氯乙烷(DDD)的干扰,二氯二苯二氯乙烯(DDE)、艾试剂(Aldrin)、狄试剂(Dieldrin)也有一定数量的减少,狄试剂经浓硫酸处理后其干扰完全消除。通过对合成土壤样品的处理,表明该法能有效地碱解Ops,消除其对测定PCBs的干扰;并能在碱解Ops的同时萃取PCBs,PCBS回收率为84.1%,相对标准偏差为2.7%。本方法快速、高效,减少了有机溶剂的使用量。

This paper first reported the characteristics of the growth and result of apple trees affected by Soil Hydrate which was synthesized by our laboratory in Weibei dryland . the experiment indicated that the length of tree trunk circumference increased by more than 23%, the average leaf areas per leaf increased by more than 25%, the weight per fresh leaf increased by 31% comparing with blank, and more importance we obtained is the fresh tree top growing in spring increased greatly, and the fresh tree top growing...

The date of deciduous leaf of apple tree was delayed about a month in the first year, about 20 days in the second year and it was not obvious in the third year, but the date of deciduous leaf of Fuji tree was more obvious than that of Qinguan tree. We also observed that all of the characteristics of apple tree affected by soil Hydrate appears very well, the apples' quantity increased more than 20%, and the apples' quality increased evidently. The correlation of all effect factors by soil Hydrate is very well.

陕西省果树研究所实验室合成的土壤保水剂在渭北旱塬果树生产上应用后 ,试验果园苹果树干周比对照增加 2 3 %以上 ,叶面积比对照增加 2 5%以上 ,单叶鲜重增加 3 1 %。新梢生长明显加快 ,比对照增加1 5%以上 ,春梢开始旺长 ,秋梢生长相对受到抑制。苹果树的落叶期第 1年度约推迟 1个月 ,第 2年度约推迟2 0 d左右 ,第 3年不明显。富士苹果树对土壤保水剂的作用比秦冠树敏感。综合作用结果是 ,试验果园苹果产量增加 2 0 %以上 ,苹果质量明显提高 ,果树生长健壮 ,各项特性良好。
