本试验采用了4个综合性状好的马铃薯栽培品种和无性系,通过双列杂交设计,田间采用B法(在不同区组种植同一组合相同基因型个体),分别计算了各组合实生苗世代与无性一代的组合内遗传变异系数,并以单株为基础,计算各组合在两个不同世代性状间以及世代间的相关性.结果表明:(1)同一性状各组合的组合内遗传变异系数差别较大.因此,鉴于马铃薯作物具有独特的育种方式,在配合力分析时,对组合的评价应增加组合内变异程度的估算——组合内遗传变异系数.采用组合平均值和组合内遗传变羿系数可以较为全面地评价单一性状各组合的优劣;(2)实生苗世代与无性一代世代间,除比重性状有2个组合存在极显著正相关外,其余均无显著相关.同一组合在不同世代,性状间的相关性也不相同.建议在实生苗世代选择时除选择优良单株外,还应保留块茎家系,以便在无性一代复选.
