Through blank experiment of terraces. it shows that the soil fertility of newly built terraces is distributed in a crumby shape which is remarkably different than that of the ordinary farm soil. Thus, the paper has put forward that the field design of newly built terraces must be aimed at the characteristics of fertility distribution, and pay attention to the control of a plot area shape, number of duplication, way of arrangement and output calculation for decreasing errors and increasing experimental quality.

当前在新修梯田上作试验,由于缺乏田间设计规范,成果误差偏大,影响推广应用。通过梯田土壤空白试验,证明新修梯田土壤肥力呈现团块状分布规律,这与一般农地土壤肥力分布具有明显的区别。提出新修梯田的田间设计必须针对肥力分布特点,注意控制试验小区的面积、形状、重复次数、排列方法以及产量计算等方面,以减少误差,提高试验质量。

In this paper,soil moisture loss from terrance bank and its effects on crop yield were studied,based on themeassurement of soil moisture and crop yield on hilly,and gully region of North Shaanxi. 采用谐波分析与定位观测的方法研究了梯田土壤水分及梯田土壤物理性质.结果表明:梯田土壤含水量平均比坡耕地高出15.7%;梯田土壤水分变化缓和,极值出现较晚,因而,梯田增墒保水、抗旱能力强.就梯田的切土部位和填土部位来说,切土部位的含水量平均高出填土部位的25.8%,梯田的切土部位土壤水分变化缓和,极值出现较晚,能聚集并保持更多的水分.
