Measurement shows that the maximum RMS velocity is 0.42mm/s, the equivlant displacement transferred from RMS velocity at rated speed is 1.09μm, the maximum response displacement to rated speed excitation is 0.60μm. The vibration level at Taishan is excellent and in region A with any criteria. Measurement shows that analysis with those national codes transferred from ISO codes is better in accordance with practice than that with GB 50040.

台山电厂一期国产机组中的汽动给水泵组台座第1次使用了弹性支承设计,并进行了振动实测。汽动给水泵组弹性支承台座的振动最大实测均方根振动速度为0.42mm/s,即工频下的最大振动线位移为1.09μm;工频激振响应的最大振动线位移为0.60μm。该振动水平都在安全的A区域内。振动实测表明:用国际标准转化的国家标准进行振动分析,比用《动力机器基础设计规范》GB50040的分析更符合实际。
