The results show that commercial can be produced K2TiF6 from Ti-containing extraction raffinate by HF(in gas state) acid control,KCl conversion,cooling and crystallization,centrifugal filtering and drying.
In addition, the employed technology does not require the application of salt and alkali, and the chrominance, COD value, BOD value and pH value is enormously reduced in the residual liquid after dyeing process.
The method of liquid liquid extraction to recover and reutilize perchlorate from carnallite residual liquor after preparation of potassium salt was adopted. The extraction system and technological process condition were determined. The recovery rate of perchlorate was 97.5%.
