Firstly,this paper analyzes the significance of road network model based on grid,and puts forward the structure of the model.Then,taking road-network in Hubei as an example,the paper introduces the simulation technologies of road shape and attributes,driving speed,and shortest driving path and driving time.Finally,the prospect of the model is analyzed,and the efficiency of the model is tested through the simulation of city affective intensity.

Objective: To establish a three-dimensional(3D) finite element model of zygomatic-maxillary complex with better biomechanical similarity for the further study of rigid internal fixation(RIF)of zygomatic-maxillary complex fractures.Methods: CT scanned technology and the finite element software(ANSYS)were used to establish the original 3D finite element model of zygomatic-maxillary complex,Based on this model,the RIF model on the fracture model was established by selecting the elements on the fracture lines and changing their attribute.The model was used to analyse the stress distribution of the zygomatic-maxillary complex under central occlusion.Results: 3D finite element models of rigid internal fixation for different zygomatic-maxillary complex fractures were established.Conclusion: The mentioned methods are proved to be feasible in the establishment of 3D finite element model of zygomatic-maxillary complex fracture with RIF,the model can be applied to the study of zygomatic-maxillary complex fracture.

目的:建立生物相似性和力学相似性较高的颧上颌骨复合体骨折坚强内固定三维有限元模型,为进一步分析颧上颌骨复合体骨折坚强内固定的固定效果打下基础。方法:用螺旋CT断层扫描技术及ANSYS有限元软件在计算机上建立颧上颌骨复合体三维有限元模型。在此模型中,改变骨折处单元的属性模拟骨断层;并进一步在颧上颌骨复合体骨折模型的基础上建立坚强内固定三维有限元模型。利用此模型对正中咬合情况下颧上颌骨复合体的应力分布进行了初步分析。结果:建立了颧上颌骨复合体不同部位的坚强内固定三维有限元模型。结论:该方法可以用来建立各种类型的颧上颌骨复合体坚强内固定三维有限元模型,并可应用于颧上颌骨复合体骨折等方面的研究。
