The general design method for joint bolt of

重型机械联接螺钉一般设计方法是提高安全系教后按静强度设计,或按无限寿命设计计算,有较大的盲目性。本文根据σ-N图线及Miner累积损伤原理,提出了一种有限寿命设计方法,并以线弹性断裂力学以及无予紧受拉螺钉副实验数据进行分析计算和实验考核,论证了该设计方法的工程适用性。

This paper introduces the measuring method of engagingregion of involute cylinder gear by means of clock gauge,sine bar and block gauge, including superheavy gears andhelieal gears. The measured data can be regressively analysedwith the least square method in a computer and the analysisresults can be printed.

A new method, on balancing input torques of linkages, calleg the method of integration and elimination(MIE) is introduced in this paper. The fluctuation part of the friction torque can be separated by the method. This makes the theory on balancing inpnt torques closer to practice. This is especially suitable to balance the power of the heavy equipment with greater mass and moderate velocity. A seven-bar linkage is taken as an example. The method of synthesizing a two-link dyad is adopted to balance the fluctuation of the input torque. The fluctuation value is reduced by more than 80% and its maximum absolute value is decreased by more than 54% after balancing.

本文提出的积分消去法用于平衡机构的输入扭矩,可同时平衡由惯性、重力和摩擦等因素引起输入扭矩的波动,故实现了输入扭矩的综合平衡,使输入扭矩平衡理论更切合实际。这特别适合于质量较大而转速不很高的重型机械的动力平衡。通过对七杆摆式飞剪这一实际机械进行输入扭矩综合平衡,可使输入扭矩波动值去掉了80%以上,最大值减小了54%以上。
